TildaTravelFamily Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is Tilda Pty Limited, ABN 92 620 276 735 of Suite 246-117 Old Pittwater Road Brookvale NSW 2100.
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Employees of the Promoter and associated firms are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
The promotion commences at 9am AEST May 1, 2019 and entries close at midnight AEST on July 31, 2019.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18.
To enter a person must make a post to their instagram page that shows an image that captures the spirit of family and travel. The image must show at least one person making the ‘okay’ symbol with one hand and fingers, in the style of the TildaTravel logo. They must tag @tilda.travel and use the hashtag #tildatravelfamily. Great captions are encouraged and may influence the Judge’s decision, but they are not a condition of entry.
The Prize is $5,000 credit to use on products and services available at TildaTravel.com.au.
Instructions on how to redeem the Prize will be provided by the Promoter to the Winner. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in the Winner forfeiting part or all of the Prize.
The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification and residency considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The winner will be announced by August 30, 2019 via tildatravel.com.au.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit.
The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Prize must be accepted and spent by 28 February 2020. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to edit/remove entries that may potentially be considered offensive, inappropriate or violate copyright or any laws.
The Promoter accepts no liability in relation to a person entering the competition. Entrants that display potentially risky or illegal behaviours will be immediately disqualified from winning.
An entrant’s entry must not include any image or voice of any other person without that person’s express consent. Entrants warrant that if any such content is included, they have obtained the express consent of the relevant person.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the Winner and/or the Winner’s entry is not consistent with these terms and conditions.
Entrants provide the Promoter perpetual irrevocable worldwide royalty free rights to use any and all elements of the entries for promotional or business purposes. Entrants acknowledge and agrees that neither the Entrant nor any third party shall be entitled to any fee, royalty or other consideration.
The Promoter is not liable for any content provided by an entrant.
Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
All travel purchased with the Prize will be subject to the carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage. It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documentation, including valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of government authorities at the relevant destinations. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. The winner should obtain travel advice from independent sources, such as the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside of its control.
